Shipping & Return Policy

Our Pledge

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defective item for refund. Unused merchandise, with original packaging included, may be returned within 7 days starting from the day your item was delivered at its destination.

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@kennelgroomingclub.com. We'll immediately send you a new product free of charge. You'll have to provide us with your order reference number and customer name, name of the product concerned, and product photos.

Shipping

Parcels are shipped from our United States offices. We use USPS and may take up to 7 days for parcels to arrive at their destination starting from the time you receive your shipping confirmation email. At The Kennel Grooming Club, we pride ourselves on getting items to you as soon as possible, and we continue to innovate to reduce shipping times. However, depending on where you are located, shipping times may vary. 

Finally, delivery details and parcel tracking numbers are always provided in your shipping confirmation emails.

Return Policy

The Kennel Grooming Club gladly accepts returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label within a 7-day period starting from the day your item was delivered at its destination. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. If you would like to make an exchange, please return the items and purchase the correct ones.

A Return Authorization number is required for any eligible returns. We provide a free pre-paid USPS return label for all returned items.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions.

  • All returned items must be in their original unwashed, unworn, and unused condition. Original store tags must be attached to the garment.
  • Faulty or incorrect supplied items will be the responsibility of The Kennel Grooming Club and photo proof is necessary. Your free prepaid USPS shipping label will have a tracking number for you to track the returned items. The Kennel Grooming Club is not responsible for returns that are not received.
  • "Final Sale" items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Starting a Return

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we're happy to help. Visit our quick and easy Returns Center where you'll be instructed to do the following.

  • Pack your item(s) and include the original invoice. We always recommend reusing the original package to minimize the parcel cost for you and the environment.
  • Affix the free pre-paid USPS return label. We recommend keeping track of the tracking information and to retain the proof of shipment until the item has reached us.

After sending a return, please allow up to 14 days from the date shipped for the parcel to arrive back to us. It can take up to 3 weeks from the date received for the return to be processed. We'll send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received and another one confirming when your refund has been processed. If the 7-day return window passes while your return is in transit, your refund will still be issued once our warehouse inspects the garments. You'll receive a courtesy email update from The Kennel Grooming Club as soon as your refund has been initiated.
